Sound the alarm: We’ve got a situation on our hands, people! Sorry, did I say “situation”? I meant cyst-uation. It’s hard to think straight when I’m watching Dr. Pimple Popper excise 80 pounds of thick, white crap from a patient’s body.
I’ve watched Dr. Sandra Lee tackle a lot of cysts—pilar, epidermoid, you name it—but this one may take the cake, in terms of…how shall I put this…pus volume? In one of her latest Instagram videos, the celebrity dermatologist squeezes so much discharge from the incision, I’m sitting here wondering how it ever fit in there to begin with.
But the fun isn’t over after Lee squeezes all that gunk from the incision. Swipe left, and you’ll see a second video, where Lee uses her arsenal of tools to snip out the sac. Don’t worry, all you pimple-popping fans—there’s still some residual pus on the sac itself. (Dear god, what did I just type?)

“Wow looks like a cyst inside of a cyst—that is a really big sack,” one viewer said.
“The more [that comes] out, the wider my eyes get,” said another.
Curious to see what all the fuss is about? Want to know if YOU can handle this cystuation? Check out the video here:
If you just can’t get enough of Dr. Pimple Popper’s cyst videos, we highly recommend you treat yourself to this montage of egg-shaped pilar cyst extractions in honor of Easter. If blackheads are more your thing, then run, don’t walk, to this “blackhead bonanza.”
